Terms & Conditions

These are the terms every member accepts before paying — in the HCP app, on this website and on Network Partner. Please read them in full before you join.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1 Before you pay — the points that matter most

  • Read every section below before you pay. These are the points members most often learn too late.
  • Refunds are possible only within 7 days of payment, and only if no insurance ID has been issued for you and neither the health card nor Hospital Admission Support has been used. 5% is deducted.
  • The details you enter are your responsibility. A mismatch found at the time of a claim is not the company's responsibility.
  • Membership lasts one year. Your health card and insurance cover end on the expiry date, and there is no cover until you renew.
  • The ₹500-a-day Hospital Admission Support is paid only for an admission at an HCP network hospital, and — except for an accident or emergency — only for admissions that begin 15 days or more after your membership starts. LIC life cover is not payable for a death within the first 45 days.
  • Discounts differ from hospital to hospital. Check the network hospital list and the website yourself — a promise that is not on the website is not the company's promise.

2 You are joining of your own choice

  • You are taking this membership of your own free will. Nobody has forced or pressured you into it.
  • You are taking it for its services — the health card, Hospital Admission Support, life cover with LIC and accident cover with ICICI Lombard — and not as a business, an investment or a way of earning money. No income is promised or guaranteed.
  • You can read and understand English, or these terms have been explained to you in a language you understand.
  • Before taking the membership you have read these terms in full and seen the website healthcarepartner.in, and you fully accept the benefits the company offers and these terms. You have not relied only on what an agent or anybody else told you.

3 Check for yourself — do not rely only on what you are told

  • Anybody — an agent, an area officer, a leader or a sponsor — can say something that is wrong or make a false promise. Before you take the membership, read these terms in full. For complete and correct information, see healthcarepartner.in. If you are in any doubt, check there or ask support before you pay.
  • Anything an agent, area officer, leader or sponsor promises or offers that is not on the website or in these terms — an extra benefit, an offer, an income, or anything else — is their own promise. The company has no connection with it and no responsibility for it.
  • The membership fee is set by the company and shown when you pay. If anybody collects more than that from you, or asks for money for anything the company has not announced, complain to support on 7780506670.

4 What your membership includes, and when each part starts

  • Health card: discounts at HCP network hospitals from the day your membership starts. The next section explains how those discounts work.
  • Hospital Admission Support: ₹500 for each day of an admission at an HCP network hospital. It is support from HCP, not insurance. It applies to admissions that begin 15 days or more after your membership starts; an accident or emergency is covered from the first day. The admission must last at least 24 hours. It is paid for at most 7 days of any one admission, and at most ₹10,000 in a membership year for all the family members on your health card together, up to six people. A family member must be 18 or older to claim.
  • Life cover with LIC: ₹1,00,000 paid to your nominee. It is not payable for a death within 45 days of being included in the scheme, or for a suicide within the first year. Members aged 18 to 60 can be included.
  • Accident cover with ICICI Lombard: it applies from the date you are included in the insurer's scheme, with no waiting period.
  • Claims are decided by the insurers. LIC and ICICI Lombard decide claims on their own policies and under their own terms. The company passes your claim to the insurer and follows it up, but it cannot pay a claim the insurer refuses and is not responsible for the insurer's decision.

5 Network hospitals and their discounts

  • Health card discounts are given only at HCP network hospitals. The list of network hospitals, with the discounts each one gives, is at healthcarepartner.in/hospitals.
  • Discounts are not the same at every hospital. Each hospital gives only the discounts written in its agreement (MOU) with HCP. Nothing beyond that, and nothing the MOU does not mention, is discounted.
  • Check the list before you take the membership, and check it again before you go to a hospital. Do not go to a hospital on the word of an agent, leader or sponsor.
  • If you go to a hospital that is not in the network, even by mistake, no health card discount and no Hospital Admission Support applies there. That is entirely your responsibility, and HCP has no responsibility for it.
  • By taking the membership you confirm that you have seen the hospital list and the discounts each hospital gives, and that you accept them.

6 Hospital Admission Support claims are verified

  • HCP verifies every claim before anything is paid. Upload the admission slip, the discharge summary, the hospital bill and an ID proof with the claim. The discharge summary and the hospital bill are mandatory, and a claim without them is not paid.
  • The days paid are the days the hospital charged bed charges for, as its final bill shows — not the days written on the claim. If a claim asks for more days than the bill shows, only the billed days are paid, and never more than 7 for one admission.
  • The 24 hours are counted from the admission date and time to the discharge date and time in the hospital's records. Enter both exactly as the bill or discharge summary shows them; HCP checks them against those records.
  • For example: admitted on the 1st at 9 pm and discharged on the 6th at 10 am, with 5 days of bed charges on the bill — 5 days are paid, ₹2,500, even if the claim asks for 6.
  • If an admission, or the number of days claimed, is found to be false, the claim is rejected in full and your Hospital Admission Support is cancelled. HCP may cancel your health card as well. Your insurance cover with LIC and ICICI Lombard continues as before.

7 Refunds — only within 7 days, and only before anything is used

  • You may cancel your membership and ask for a refund within 7 days, counted from the date of payment. After 7 days the membership cannot be cancelled.
  • There is no refund, even on the first day, once an insurance ID (policy number) has been issued for you by LIC or ICICI Lombard, or once the health card or Hospital Admission Support has been used for you or your family.
  • An insurance ID can be issued before the 7 days are over. Once it has been, the refund is no longer available, however few days have passed.
  • 5% of the amount paid is deducted towards payment gateway and processing charges. The rest is returned to the account or method you paid from, within 10 working days of the refund being approved.
  • To cancel, contact support on 7780506670 within the 7 days.
  • Renewal payments are not refundable.

8 Insurance — one policy for one person

  • One person gets one policy. However many memberships stand in your name, the insurance company issues a single policy — not one per membership. It is issued on the first and oldest of them.
  • The insurance amount collected on a second or later membership is not refunded. Please understand this before you take another membership.

9 Every detail must belong to the person it is in the name of

  • The name, date of birth, Aadhaar, PAN, nominee, address and bank account on a membership must all belong to the one person it is in the name of. Do not enter another person's details, and do not enter yours on somebody else's.
  • A membership carrying another person's details has its policy rejected by the insurer, and the money paid for it is not refunded.
  • PAN, Aadhaar, nominee and address are required for the insurance. Without them your name does not go on the insurer's list at all, and no cover exists for you however long your membership runs.

10 Mistakes in what you enter are your responsibility

  • The details on your membership are the details you entered. Any mistake in them is your responsibility and not the management's.
  • Wrong details cause trouble at the time of a claim, and a claim can be rejected outright because of them. Check what you have entered while you still can.
  • The company records your Aadhaar and PAN numbers as you type them. It does not collect or check the physical cards. Make sure every number, your name and your date of birth match your Aadhaar and PAN exactly. A mismatch found at the time of an insurance claim is the member's responsibility alone, and the company is not liable for it.

11 Your membership lasts one year

  • A membership runs for one year from the date it starts.
  • The renewal fee is the membership fee in force on the day you renew — the same fee a new member pays that day — and the benefits are those of the plan in force at that time.
  • Renew before expiry and nothing is lost: the new year begins where the old one ends.

12 If your membership expires

  • Your health card and insurance cover end on the expiry date. There is no cover between expiry and the day you renew.
  • If you renew within 7 days of expiry, the new year begins from the old expiry date.
  • If you renew after that, waiting periods — the 15 days for Hospital Admission Support and the insurers' own waiting periods — start again as they do for a new member.

13 Introducing others honestly

  • When you tell somebody about the membership, describe it as it is: a health card, Hospital Admission Support and insurance cover. Do not promise anybody anything that is not on the website or in these pages, and never collect more than the fee set by the company.
  • Anybody — a member, agent, area officer or leader — found misleading people, making promises the company has not made, or collecting more than the fee will have their account suspended and any commission withheld, and the company may cancel their membership without a refund.
  • A membership opened with false details is closed without a refund.

14 The company may change the plan

  • The company may change the membership fee, the benefits, and the insurance arrangements and premiums, at any time and at its own decision.
  • Changes are announced before they take effect. A change to the fee or the benefits applies from your next renewal — except where an insurer changes its own terms, which apply as the insurer sets them.

15 How your information is used

  • Your name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, Aadhaar, PAN, nominee and address are shared with LIC, ICICI Lombard and HCP network hospitals as needed for your cover and your health card, and used by the company to run your membership. You consent to this.
  • You agree to receive OTPs, notifications, SMS, WhatsApp messages and calls about your membership.

16 If you are unsure, ask first

  • Anything here that you are not sure about, ask support or the office before you pay rather than afterwards. Most of what is written here cannot be undone once the money has been taken.

17 Complaints and disputes

  • Raise any complaint with support on 7780506670 first. We aim to resolve it within 15 days.
  • Any dispute arising from your membership is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Warangal, Telangana only.

When you pay, you confirm:

  1. I have read these Terms & Conditions in full and seen the website healthcarepartner.in. I fully accept the benefits the company offers and these terms. I have not relied only on what an agent or anybody else told me.
  2. I have seen the network hospital list and each hospital's discounts at healthcarepartner.in/hospitals, and I accept that discounts differ from hospital to hospital.
  3. The details on this membership (name, date of birth, Aadhaar, PAN and nominee) are correct. Any mistake in them is the member's responsibility.
